Training and Test:

Cybermate Infotek Ltd company proposes that they willl give training for 6 months(.Net and Java) and after an evaluation test on 7th month based on performance in test, they will make students as permanent employee. However this is not the case, firstly training will not be conducted propely. Many students will not be able to clear this test because they will give difficult question paper which in 6 months of time in insuficient time for student to write and clear the test.
Initially they will take 1 lakh from student in form of DD and after 6 months you will be fired from the company claiming the your performance is not well. Not only this, they will give only experience as "Software Trainees" even if you loose job.
Projects:

Cybermate Infotek Ltd company has no projects running. They will recruit student telling them that new projects have come, which actual is not the case. They do not have sufficient funds to give salaries to the trainees and employees. It manages the salary from the money they collect from students. There are only about 30 developers in the company.
Business:
----------
It is the pure business for this Cybermate Infotek Ltd company to take money from the joiners and removing them from the company after training. Many consultants will tell many good things about the company to make us cheated. The company, consultants will make money from us and fraud us.
The thing to note is that we will lost money, wasting our precious time and will not be having a chance to do real time project.
Management:

All the management staff in Cybermate Infotek Ltd company are not good, they will be always cheating us.
Salaries:

If you join Cybermate Infotek Ltd company you will have no peace, only tension and importantly your salary will be paid with the delay of 20 days, even can postpone the salary for 1 or 2 months. If you are outsider of hyderabad city, you will have to suffer for the survival because of no salary.
